Sending a quote request

When you press “Send quote request”, your contact details, vehicle information, repair details, location and selected photos are sent securely through FormSubmit to repairmyscratch@gmail.com. You may be asked to complete a spam check before the request is accepted.

Your photos and contact details

We use the information you send to assess your repair and contact you about a quote. FormSubmit processes the submission to deliver the email and says it retains form submissions for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Your request and photo attachments may remain in our email inbox so we can respond and manage your enquiry.

Before you submit, your entries and selected photos are held in the page’s memory. Leaving or reloading the form may clear them. This site does not create a separate lead database.

What to include

Only provide information needed to assess your repair. Avoid identity documents, payment details or unrelated personal information. Check photos for anything you do not wish to share before attaching them. A street address is optional until a booking is arranged.

About the delivery service

Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy and service information for details about its processing and retention. A quote request does not confirm a booking or preferred date.
